It’s snowing again.
White, fluffy flakes floating down to the earth.
Winter is here, and I can feel it give birth….
to crisp, cold air. Drifting snow…
and bundling up, with no place to go.
Blankets of white fold into the ground
The hush of snow, a quiet sound.

Lovely poetry in your words. I’m home with my children today due to ice. Your version of the day warms up mine!
And I am so jealous! :>)
Snow is great and I really like. Ice not so much. Glad you are getting the prettier cold weather. Wish I was too!
Ohhhh girl, what a beautiful view. Loved the photo – it’s about to snow again here on the East Coast, and I’m looking forward to it more so after your post! Stopping in from FmF!
I love how quiet the world is after a snowfall, still and peaceful, and in the country, you go for a walk in the bright white and only hear the crunch of it underfoot and swish of heavy winter coats. Nice.
You make it sound so incredible. I need to remember not to grumble! It is a magical time of year. It’s started melting here lately and I wish it would just snow again because the slush and mud is not as pretty.
What a lovely post. Thank you for sharing this. I’d love to see it dump buckets in my neck of the woods. Soon, maybe.
